Hey! Having only worked in Glasgow I can only comment on the work I have completed but I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different sectors from all across the country, providing assistance in the creation of tax computations and advisory work. In terms of team dynamic I work in Global Compliance and Reporting Team who are based all over the UK so I predominantly work with my team in Glasgow but have been able to speak and discuss issues with other GCR teams all over the UK!

Could you expand on your experience completing the internship at the Glasgow office? How did you find it?

Of course, my internship was really insightful, being involved with the tax team showed me what a career in tax would look like, from joining client meetings to performing calculations to be included in tax computations. I really enjoyed it and when I was offered the chance to return as a graduate I felt prepared and understood what my role would look like!
