Hi Francesca, Work experience is beneficial but not essential for some graduate schemes. In assurance, most people don't have work experience in assurance and apply straight to the graduate scheme. It is more explaining why you are interested in the role and your application process.
I didn't have any work experience relating to my job role at EY. However any experience you can get is useful so that you can get a feel of being in an office and working with colleagues! But it isn't essential.
Thank you! What is your favourite part about the role?
The flexibility - if it suits you more you can flex your hours to fit your schedule
My favourite part would probably be how much support you get and the variety of things that are available for personal career growth
Awesome - thank you!
