Throwback here, when i first started back in 2021 we still had restrictions of when we could come into the office. My first 6 months meant that i was working with a completely offshore team. Thankfully now there are anchor days where we're in the office multiple times a week and very social!

Applying to any profession services company, can expect some busier periods which are sometimes challenging but this normally brings teams closer together and social events at the end to celebrate! 😄
