Hi Thoiba, yes you can apply for both if you were previously unsuccessful!
However, for clarity, the Spring Days are aimed at Students in their 1st year of a 3-year degree and 2nd year of a 4-year degree. The Summer Internship is aimed at students in their penultimate year. -

You can reapply to any programme 6 months after receiving your email telling you were unsuccessful

Yes we are now closed for this year's Discover EY programme - it depends what year you are currently in if you would be eligible for Discover EY next year or the Summer Internship
