    One piece of advice I have is to actively get involved and ask questions to show that you have a genuine interest in the work that is being done and are keen to learn.

    Hi, I would say this is a perfect opportunity to get to know EY and your future job looks like! Trying to ask more questions and network with current employees, there will always be surprising waiting for you!


    My top tips for EY Experience Day:

    • Know your why – Be clear on why EY and why this role. It shows your passion.
    • Think out loud – In case studies or group tasks, share your reasoning, not just the answer.
    • Be a team player – Invite others in, build on ideas, and keep things positive. Team vibe is the key.
    • Have a few stories ready – Use STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) for behavioral questions.
    • Stay calm and be yourself – They want to see how you think and work with others, not perfection.


    Also, value your unique background even its not related to finance or accounting. EY appreciate your insights bringing in
