Hi Jiawen, yes there is an option to work from home. The current approach is hybrid working. Essentially this is where you will be required to work from home and in the office. However, this is also very dependent on you team culture. Everyone at EY is very understanding so whatever your preference is I'm sure there will be a way to accommodate
