Hi there, can you please help to advice the Assurance exam schedule? For example, how many exam do we have for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year? What is the maximum exams we can take for the 1st year? And hoprfully, any tips for exam please? Thanks.
Apology - I typed my quiestion in the wrong place...
Hi Luxian
Are you a graduate, or a business apprentice?
Hi Lucy, I am a graduate.
But I am also a assurance apprentice who is going to have aca/CA exam
For the ACA qualification as an assurance graduate, you will do most of the exams in the first year
Great! Hopefully any exact numbers? Can we decide how many exam to take for each year or does any specific numbers of exam is requested by EY?
You will do roughly 9 exams in first year, 3 in second year and 3 in third year, so 15 in total
Lovely! Thank you Lucy! : )
Would the exemptions I have earned whilst completing my degree mitigate some of these exams?
If you have exemptions from your degree, EY will show you how to apply for these exemptions via ICAEW :)
Could you answer the same question regarding consulting please?
I was told I would be firstly completing my CFAB qualification, do you have any details regarding the length of time this qualification would take and if I would have to first complete this before I embark on my ICAEW qualifications?
I believe about 3 years
Would I be doing both CFAB and ICAEW simultaneously then?
CFAB will be what you start with
Thanks!
