Is there a programme for people wishing to change careers or is it just for school leavers/graduates?

I am 37 and currently looking to change careers, after searching your website it only seems to have options for school leavers with A levels or graduates. Can you confirm this is the case? Thank you.

    Hello, thank you for your question! Our graduate roles are open to anyone at any age, as long as you have an honours degree, and meet any eligibility requirements for the role. This can absolutely be a way to change careers. We also have experienced hire roles, for those who wish to work for EY from any experienced background (again subject to any roles relevant experience requirements).
