Is there a number of times maximum we are allowed to Fail ACA exams before being removed from the course?

    You can typically resit the exams once

    It depends on your situation and why you failed the exam, some people who I have worked with have got 3 resits of an exam. The ICAEW has a max number of 4 attempts for the same exam.

    Also do you happen to know under which university the accounting course is with?

    If you mean the ACA, this is done through the ICAEW and doesn't involve a university though we do use private tuition providers to help with studying.
