I have applied to EY-P and was invited to the first round interview stage on 22nd November. How long do I wait until I can reapply to EY's consulting graduate programme?

I'd take it as 6 months from the date you received any rejection email. Unfortunately the role may not still be open for applications at this point

I have noted that there are 3 intakes per year for graduate programmes (April, August and September) is this correct?

Our applications always open in September for the upcoming roles. So all roles in 2024, our applications will open in September 2023

There is no time limit to apply, we do not have an age limit to apply to a graduate scheme at EY
