Is the UK&I business consulting teams divided across capabilities or sector? What are the teams in the London office?
At what career stage do people have to specialist in that sector/capabilities? Will graduates be working across all the different sectors and capabilities? If not, how are graduates assigned to their initial teams?

This will depend on which sub-service line you join within business consulting. Graduates are frequently rotated around engagements to ensure exposure and training on a variety of projects and sectors. If there is a particular sector you are interested in, you will likely be able to work on a project within that sector as part of the grad scheme.
