Unfortunately the programme is 4-4.5 years so qualifying quicker than that is not possible. However, it may be possible that you complete your exams early.

No problem! I don't believe this is possible during your apprenticeship as you would be employed in one service line (i.e. either assurance or tax) but if you would like to persue both qualifications, this may be something EY can support you with after you complete the first qualification

If you joined the assurance service line and decided you would like to work in tax, you can always apply for an internal transfer after your first professional qualification

I believe the professional qualification should be on your offer letter but yes, tax apprentices will also study the ACA

Transfers overseas are definitely possible after qualifying but this would be subject to meeting business needs - for example, personally I have looked at transferrring to Australia where there are usually a fair few opportunities, but if you were looking at Spain, there are generally smaller offices so opportunities are more sparse.
