Is it hard to fit in when your a young school leavers apprentice ?

Hi,
So I feared this too when I joined initially. What if I don't fit in? I'm going to be youngest one there probably. Who will I lunch with?
I joined with a cohort of lots of Graduates and lots of other apprentices. It made me feel very welcome considering we were all in the same boat. Other than that, my entire team made me feel very welcome too. No-one ignores you or anything just because you're an apprentice. If anything, they want to know your thoughts in all work you carry out with them and are more than happy for you to suggest lots of improvements. The more you network too the easier it will be to find your feet and make friends too and you'll fit in from the get go of your career!
