Hi Evangelos, no we don't allow students to swap into different service lines. The reason we ask students to do a lot of research regarding the service line they are applying for is because we want students to be sure it is the right service line for them. If you are wanting to switch you would probably need to start the application
process again.

Hi Jennifer, I would say it is very much a case-by-case basis regarding transitioning (i.e. why do you want to move, does one team require additional staff resourcing etc). I wouldn't say it's the most common of occurrences to move between FS and UKI. Hope this helps!

Our UKI and FS teams are separate - you would generally be expected to remain within either the UKI or FS business area for the duration of your programme but we of course encourage networking with different teams and colleagues at EY. It may be case that an opportunity opens up for you to work with different teams after you complete your programme :)
