    I know the policy is dress for your day but on the first day, for example, I’m not sure if we will already know what sort of thing we will be doing. Therefore, is it recommended to dress smarter just in case?

    It's common for interns to dress smarter to begin with, then settle into how their teams around them are dressed. It's very hard for you to dress TOO smart.
