    Is there any particular dress code for the team? Is it common to see people wearing proper formals on an everyday basis?

    In my team (UKI Strategy and Transactions) we seem to do a lot of dress for your day, so if we have client meetings then we dress accordingly but if not then its a but more casual, but as long as its appropriate :D
