Hey Yusuf,
Thanks for your question.
Reflecting on my own experience when I joined as a graduate in 2021, I can affirm that the onboarding is structured meticulously and I had an extremely positive interaction with the team.
Upon receiving an offer, EY assigns a 'buddy', who is a graduate that's been with the firm for six months or a year prior to you joining.
Your buddy acts as a primary point of contact for any questions or concerns that you might have during your onboarding process and throughout your initial six months in the firm.
If they don't have the answers to your queries, they will guide you to the relevant point of contact. I personally valued the support from my buddy immensely and it significantly enriched my onboarding experience.
Kind regards,
