This very much depends on your team and the client themselves, however I would say on average we attend the client site 1-2 days a week and 1-2 days a week at the office. This would vary in busy season for example, when the team is likely to be working in person more often, and at quieter times it may be likely to work from home more often

if the client site if far away would EY cover the expenses

Yes, if your journey is over 1.5-2 hours then EY would cover the overnight stay and dinner expenses however this would be confirmed with your team and the client first
