Hi there, we have everything structured for you in your first year with a best-in-class onboarding experience and specific training for your service line too. From there, support from your onboarding buddy and career counsellor will be able to guide you on expectations and completing exams to a high standard and staying on pathway.

Ok, thank you very much that is useful to know. Do you know what my first week or few months could look like? Is there a set intense training period at the start over a couple weeks or would I be immersed into a project and work from day 1 with training sessions over a longer period?

Typically, structured training over the first few weeks followed by project work. We want to ensure that you feel upskilled prior to project work commencing.

Ok that makes sense. Regarding ICAS CA qualification, do you know when we would have to sit the exams? Would it be close to the start date or in our first few weeks? I was just curious as I'm a bit worried about not being able to keep on top of the studying whilst having to get used to the job and working at the same time.

You will have a set time for college that you will study and not work, then designated work time so you are not doing both at the same time
