im in my first year of Accounting and want to take a placement year. which placement opportunity can i take in EY?

shall i apply for the tax placement or assurance placement, im quite confused on which one to apply to for accountancy placement

Hi - thanks for your question. Our Industrial Placements are open to students who will have an integrated placement year as their 3rd year of university. Our 2021 opportunities are now closed but we'll be re-opening for 2022 applications in August 2021.

Thanks for your response. However since I am an Accounting student which placement do you suggest for me to apply to? The tax one or the assurance one I’m confused .

Hi - in both Assurance and Tax you study for the same qualification, so it's completely up to you which you'd prefer to apply to. Hi - yes you become ACA qualified as a Chartered Accountant with either ICAEW or ICAAS.
