I’m an international student as well as the final year undergraduate student. I have the problem of CoS.
My expected date of completion of the course is 30 June 2020 and I will get my bachelors degree and grades at that time. Will it influence the date of issuing the certificate of sponsorship delay to July?

We advise that you check the government guidance online for info with regards to your visa - we are following this very closely also due to the current pandemic.

When you receive the confirmation of the VISA you are usually expected to remain in the UK until you're due to start on the graduate scheme. We appreciate that this year has been different due to the COVID-19 guidelines so we expect all students who require VISAs to be back in the UK 3 months before they are due to to start the graduate scheme.

We're not 100% sure because we use a third party company to do this & also everything at the moment is taking slightly longer than normal due to Covid19 but it's nothing for you to worry about - you will hear in due course.
