Hi Anastasiya, thank you for your question. The biggest advice I would give is to be prepared for the online assessments as it's where most students fall down. We have a numerical reasoning test which is timed, and some data analysis/situational judgement type questions. The following websites can help you prepare for the online assessments:
1. VEE (Virtual Experience and Evaluation) – Split into three modules which can be completed at your own pace: career ready – focusing on strengths, assessment ready – assessment practice (including NRT) and showcase – EY specific job simulation. https://www.cappfinityvee.com/g/dfd9e0991a2a44db9195c690a4f8e815a965bd83
2. CAPP Assessments - opportunity to take practice tests in situational strengths, numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning and critical reasoning. https://practice.cappassessments.com/
Also, ensure you have researched the service line and location you want to apply for. Ensure you are applying for the service line and location you think you are best suited to because it is very hard to change service line and locations down the line. Additionally, you will be asked about your motivations for applying for that particular service line and location.
Thank you very much Hannah! I was also hoping to find out if there is any in person interview expect the job simulation?
No, the video interview for the job simulation will be online
How much on the technical side do we need to know?
So you will be given all the instructions before taking the video interview. It is really easy and simple to use :)
Thank you! :)))
