If we want to relocate after the first 3 years, are there any further interviews we need to take at that time?

    You would not neccessarily have to interview if you wanted to relocate to a different office. Some teams operate across different locations and a conversation can always be had if your situation changes in such a way that requires you to relocate. EY can be very flexible in this regard.
