If I will be joining on the September does that mean I can't leave the UK after June?

    3 months before for visa application you need to be in the UK from the start of June

    If I do not have a student visa and will apply for work visa while I'm outside of UK, do I still need to stay in the UK from June for visa application?

    If you do not currently have a visa for the UK, then it sounds like you will need to apply outside of the UK and remain until your skilled worker visa comes through. But it is best to check with your recruiter
