Yes! However, this is all dependent on exam passes and if you pass all of your exams first time! This also depends on being time-qualified. As part of the training programme, you also need to have spent a certain amount of working however given the programme is 4 years, that shouldn't be a problem! This is based on the ICAEW programme.
