Hi, We do have some people join who have worked in Assurance before. Its worth considering whether you want to apply as an experienced hire or as a graduate. If you have already completed some CA exams at another firm, I would recommend finishing your CA exams and applying as an experienced hire once you are fully qualified

What if I haven’t yet sat any exams yet? Would you recommend me applying as a graduate or an experienced hire if I have between 1-2 years experience now?

It would depend on your specific circumstances. Have you worked in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, or another area? Based on your message, I think the graduate scheme would be better as experienced hires in Audit would have completed all of their exams
