With regards to diverting programmes, this is reviewed on an adhoc basis and will need to follow a set process.
If you're currently working in a business area that isn't Technology (Consulting) and wish to swap to this, you'd need to seek approval from your counsellor.
If you're currently in our application process and wish to divert to Technology Consulting, you will need to communicate your interest with your recruiter. They will then review to see if it is a viable option and advise of next steps.
