Hi Vladislava, personally I prepared for the tests mainly online with practices and help tips. Although they are not completely specific to EY you can google similar tests and they are a lot of free ones which you can look into which helps you to get into the right mind frame for them.
Hi Vladislava, we do weekly application boot camps focused on the different stages of the application process. You can sign up to these here - https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/events-and-contacts
We also have a partnership with Cappfinity who have created the VEE Platform. The Platform allows you to practice mock questions such as numerical questions, strengths based questions, and more. You can sign up for free here - https://www.cappfinityvee.com/learners/sign_in
As Sean and Ruby mention here, there are many many sources of practice materials. If you are applying and you are still currently in university, I would recommend reaching out to your careers service who can point you in the direction a more practice materials. The key is just that - practice! once you get the hang of the layout of questions, they will become a little bit more manageable to navigate
