Hi Ashley - we have a strength-based recruitment process, which you can read more about here https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/strengths. That should give you an idea of the types of things that will be assessed. At the Assessment Centre, there will be two different activities however we can't share too many details until the day of the Assessment Centre. For the interview, is is a strength-based interview. You should be able to clearly articulate why you have applied for consulting, that particular location, and EY in general.
