I would like to ask about the Career Starters programme and how to make the best of the experience and stand out.

I have been selected for the Career Starters programme. I want to do my best to prepare for the 2 days and make a lasting impression. I am very keen on coming back as an apprentice when I finish my A levels in 2026.

Hello, thank you for your message, it's wonderful to hear how excited and engaged you are with the Careers Starters opportunity. Best advice is to make sure to be ready to learn and ask questions - we don't expect you to know everything in advance. Remember, this is as much an opportunity for you to experience EY and decide if it's right for you, as it is for you to hopefully stand out and get a progression opportunity. Be ready to learn and meet the amazing people joining you on the programme. I'm certain you'll be brilliant (your getting an offer makes me quite confident of that), so just be yourself, wear something that makes you feel good and smart, and enjoy it!
