EY assessments are all about getting to know you more. Some pointers I found useful during my applications were:
- Make sure you read the job description and requirements properly before you start and understand the programme you are applying for.
- Understand the company's values and principles (vision and mission). This will help you understand more about the culture at EY.
- Most importantly, during behavioural assessments, don't select answers based on what you think the company wants you to choose, instead just be your authentic self and put yourself in the situation and choose what makes sense to you.
Hope this helps. :)
