I work in EY Audit, but feel my strengths would better match PAS. Is it possible to restart in a different service line?
I'm currently on the Audit graduate scheme. However I am highly interested in the Workforce Advisory programme of the People Advisory Services, and would love to gain the CIPD qualification and begin a career in HR and consultancy, as I feel my skills and interests would be better suited to this role. Is it possible to move to this graduate scheme? I understand this may mean starting afresh in the graduate scheme.
