Hi Ayooluwa. My experience day was split into two - one half to complete a number of individual exercises and the other half for a group activity. I think it's important to complete your individual tasks quickly but accurately, whilst also demonstrating EY values and strengths in your answers where possible. For the group activity, take the opportunity to share your unique ideas but remember to give others the chance to share their own perspective.
