My current visa is a post-study work visa. It is valid until December 2024

Similarly, I am on a student Visa right now, so when does EY expect us to be back for the work visa issuance?

It depends what visa you currently have and if it's a tier 4 or grad visa and expires after 7/9/23 then you will need to stay in the UK

I will be in the UK from the 31st of May 2023. I had planned this vacation after confirming with the EY that I need to be in the UK only 3 months prior to the start date of job which I am satisfying. Will that be okay

Hi! I have a similar situation. I am on grad visa which expires in Jan 2025. I am coming back to UK on 31st May from my home country. Please advise if that'll be okay

I have a similar question with Sreejitha, I'm currently visiting home so I'm not in the UK. Will it be okay if I start the application after the 16th of May when I return to the UK? Thank you!

By graduate visa, I mean I'm on Post Study Work visa.
