Just another general question I applied for an apprenticeship like almost 4-5 months ago and when I tried reapplying again for an apprenticeship with the same email I couldn't I tried messaging using the message option on the website but I didn't get any replies, my friend applied as well she was not successful as well but it was stated in her email that when applying again we had to use another email so if I'm not successful for the EY application I applied this time so when applying again do I have to use another email ?

That is correct, you need to wait 6 Months after you were rejected to be allowed another application

If you were rejected from the last one then you would need to wait 6 months for a new app
