Hi Asiya - every candidate is treated fairly throughout the process. A referral just means that you have a connection within the firm.

Hello, just adding to the above - referrals demonstrate you have a connection to the business. However from the candidates perspective, we review all applications equally so do not offer any benefit to listing a business connection.
