I just finished my Master's last year. You can certainly apply for a graduate role at EY. I would say the experience of doing a Master's is also beneficial for your application.

Hi Shakhnoza, are you applying for a HR role or in another area?

If HR - you'd go through the experience hire route. For our other service lines - a graduate role :)

I am applying for the Workforce Advisory Graduate Programme. I don't have a CIPD but my bachelor's is in Business Administration (with HR specification) and I've done Master's in Intercultural Communications.

You can register to find out when programmes open. I don't have the date to hand but it will be in Autumn 2022! :)
