i was told. i performed extremely well in my final interview. i’m worried as most people be on reserve lists from early on like feb time and i only now got placed on will this decrease chances or is the reserve list according to how well u performed or when u applied
Hello - we aim to create a reserve list that equates to roughly 20% of the available roles, so for example, if there are 5 roles in an area for a specific service line, we will only have generally 1 reserve. With the potential for movement within our 'offer accepted' candidates that we anticipate, this gives our reserve candidates a good chance of progressing to an official offer and coming off the reserve list. If there are larger quantities of candidates and therefore more reserves, roles will always be offered to the highest performing candidate, regardless of when in the year you were put on the reserve list. I hope that allays any concerns!
