I'm currently on a Gap year and retaking my A-levels, I was wondering how best to approach that in my application?

Anonymous asked a question to Charlotte D.

I was previously successful but didn't get the grades required, so I was wondering how best to show that I wish to improve from the previous year? Specifically, what some accurate predicted grades would be that still shows I am a capable candidate and what to do in an interview?

Hello - it's important you fill in the application as set out/guided, therefore there may not be an opportunity to elaborate on grades achieved. If you are retaking, and are applying for a graduate role, you are welcome to put your expected grades for your re-sits. Unfortunately I cannot advise on what you should put as it should be a reflection of your work output and a likely outcome of your resitting your exams. I do wish you the best of luck with your examinations!
