What sort of work do we do then and how frequently are we expected to be working on projects? Thanks!
Hi Aarushi, it's hard to say how frequently you'll be working on projects as there are busy periods and quiet periods, but there are still things to do when you're between projects. You might use this time to get involved in side-of-desk work (e.g. writing newsletters, organising committees or team socials) or business development work (e.g. helping with proposals or assisting with other projects). You could also use the quieter periods to study for any exams you might be working towards, or complete online training. I hope that helps!
Super helpful! Thanks Chloe
