Hi, I just wondered if there are any 'women in business' initiatives internally at EY?
Very intrigued to know as I know STEM industries typically can be male-dominated. Interested if there are talks, workshops etc.

Hi Hannah, we have the Leading Women programme plus Discover EY Women In... series

Internally we have the Women's Network, we are sponsors for International Women's Day and hold lots of female orientated things

There's also female focused student events that our staff get involved with :)

Oh wow thats great to know EY are sponsors of IWD and have a womens network! I do now recall seeing EY's participation at Women in Business ball at Aston :)
