Hi Irina, this is a really good question! Quite recently, my team has implemented a 'fun hour' where we take turns to create/decide on an activity to participate in as a group. This week I led the project team quiz and it definitely helped me feel like I was making an impact on the wider teams motivation, belonging and overall teamwork :) It is nice to be able to chat and connect with my colleagues in both a formal and informal environment, especially as we are working remotely!
