I have received an email from EY Student Offers stating that I will be contacted by Sterling shortly
The email includes a DBS Professional ID Form in a pdf version. I am unclear about whether I need to complete this form or just wait for Sterling to reach out to me?

Yes please complete any forms/questionnaires sent by Sterling as they are our 3rd party supplier for background checks
