Haha i meant to say drop out my apologies

Haha Completely what I thought you was on about, Our drop out rate is not a number that I know however I do know it can happen however is often very unlikely due to the support we have in place. Each individual before ever making such a big decision always has the support in place to ever flag any issues to their wider team whether that be your buddy your manager your counsellor or even a partner will take the time to address any concerns I know form personal experience! Sometimes it can be blinded that EY or any big 4 is going to be cut throat and proper like on you but you've probably done the hardest and most cut throat part which is the offer stage! I won't lie people do drop out but this is for so many reasons and in any stage where we can avoid it we do, as EY invests in you for the long term with your spend budget flexible working the list goes on, so if it can be avoided then ofc we want you stay! We're a people's business down to the core and I genuinely can't sell this enough

Oh okay thank you so much! It is a bit intimidating hearing from social media and things that drop out rates are super high and like you're fired if you fail an exam or things like that ahha

Also i know this is random but i've always wondered since the apprentices are young does it feel like a different dynamic to having school friends? I'd imagine it's similar but am not sure whether it changes because you're now in a professional setting

I Joined straight from A levels so to come to this "Big person" world is daunting and it's only natural but you've got to remember everyone's done it I did it 9 months ago and now I can talk to a partner like a friend without second guessing everything I say it comes with time. Please don't stress this one you'll smash it I can guarantee you!

Also in regards to your "Random" question it's a very good one and personally I love it. I have mates everywhere and it's a skill you learn of when to be a professional and when you can drop it a little and it's a skill that comes with time! Just always try hard in your work and don't be afraid to let your personality show it's what makes the business! - I hope this helps
