    So their role is really to drive innovation across the wider tax teams. Are we using new and future technology to support our clients as best we can? What can we do with our Microsoft and other technology alliances to solve complex client problems.

    On a day to day basis they look at what processes we have in place today - reviews, data gathering and meet with internal tax teams and with them and clients to thinking about ways of doing things differently using technology (automation, AI)
