Hi Blessing, I would say after having submitted your application, the main ways to increase your chances of being hired would be (1) focus on practicing for psychometric tests (use free online tests & identify your weaknesses to further improve), (2) practice case studies with your friends (you can find free case studies online), and (3) read the general commercial news (including technology-focused) so you can show commercial awareness in your interviews
Hi there! Another tip I have is to increase your commercial awareness is to consider researching the latest technological advancements in professional services. I would also recommend, outside of practicing for the assessment, that you also brush up on your motivations to apply as well.
