Hi Blessing, I would say after having submitted your application, the main ways to increase your chances of being hired would be (1) focus on practicing for psychometric tests (use free online tests & identify your weaknesses to further improve), (2) practice case studies with your friends (you can find free case studies online), and (3) read the general commercial news (including technology-focused) so you can show commercial awareness in your interviews

Hi there! Another tip I have is to increase your commercial awareness is to consider researching the latest technological advancements in professional services. I would also recommend, outside of practicing for the assessment, that you also brush up on your motivations to apply as well. So thinking about why you want to work at EY, what made you want to apply, why do you want to work in your chosen Service Line etc.
