I have about 2 years of experience working but took a gap for master's. Should I apply to grad scheme or experienced job
I've worked in Talent acquisition and as a Jr. HRBP for a large company (42,000+ employees). I understand that EY provides work visa to Graduate Scheme applicants but not sure about experienced jobs candidates

Hello, thank you for your question. You are welcome to apply for the graduate scheme or an experience hire role. However, for the experience roles you will be required to have a certain level of experience whereas, our graduate roles require no previous experience.
