I have a question regarding our salary, would we have a fixed salary or would it change based on performance?

    You will have a fixed salary. There may be company wide bonuses that you will be eligible for as well as smaller, personal bonuses

    When do the yearly salary reviews happen? Also I've heard this is usually when you are given a pay raise if you have performed well is this true?

    Salary reviews take place every October, for apprentices, they all are increased in line with each other. High performance will impact your bonus which you receive in October as well. Hope that helps\!
