I don't have ALevels but am completing a degree through Open University-the role asks for Alevels. Does this disqualify?

Many thanks for your question!
Please be advised of the following:
"We operate an open access policy and we don't screen out any applications on your academic performance at A-Level or Degree alone. However, you will need a minimum of grade 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths to be eligible to apply".
With regards to your circumstances, we may be able to accept equivalent qualifications to A Level, therefore my advice would be to submit your application. Our dedicated screening team will then assess your suitability and eligibility for the programme. If they have any questions etc, they will contact you.
