I attended AC on 9th October, wasn't successful and there's no feedback. Called the team weeks ago still can't see it?

There's no feedback for Experience Day on the candidate portal, however I can see the feedback of my job sim and online test. I called the team, was told the case is being investigated and have been waiting for weeks since then. I would like to know how I performed and what areas I can improve on in the future, and EY promised to give each candidate personalised feedback - how can I get it?
